Sharon Ongerth Rossi

Director

Ms. Rossi is a Shareholder Attorney at the law firm of Rogers Joseph O'Donnell in San Francisco where she practices labor and employment law, complex commercial litigation, and attorney liability and conduct.  Before joining Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, Ms. Rossi was an Associate with SNR Denton and Seyfarth Shaw. 


While in law school, Ms. Rossi served as an extern for the Honorable Kim M. Wardlaw, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird (retired); U.S. District Court, Central District of California; and the U.S. Attorney's Office, Criminal Division.


Sharon Rossi has served on the Board of the San Francisco affiliate of Dress for Success, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women.  She is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, and of Loyola of Los Angeles Law School.

Catherine Brent is a Resource Development Administrator for the Marin County Department of Health and Human Services.  She serves as the Deputy County Alcohol and Drug Administrator and is responsible for programmatic, fiscal, administrative and grants management duties related to developing and overseeing implementation and evaluation of substance use services.

Ms. Brent has extensive experience working with community-based nonprofit agencies in various capacities.  Prior to her role as the Resource Development Administrator, she served as the Alcohol and Other Drugs Prevention Coordinator for Marin County where she spearheaded the development of the first Prevention Strategic Plan and secured state and federal grants that more than doubled the budget for primary prevention.

 Ms. Brent has served on the Board of Directors of Alcohol Justice (formerly Marin Institute), a project of the Leonard and Beryl Buck Foundation.  She received her Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, San Diego.           Previous
